We are opening a new door in our research journey! We are honored to announce that our proposal for PEACE (Preparing for End-of-Life with Advance Care Education) has been funded. The goal is to develop digitally-mediated, scalable ways of delivering better tools for supporting caregivers. Our target user is that person in the family who must become the lead facilitator. The project has been funded by NIC’s Caregiving Ecology grant and will run for the next 5 years.

There is so much exciting work to be done, and we are emboldened by the fact that our collaborators are people who are incredibly passionate about improving End-of-Life care. The grant is in collaboration with Prof Eric Finkelstein & Prof Chetna Malhotra (LCPC), Dr. Liew Tau Ming (SGH), Dr. Noreen Chan, Dr. Mervyn Lim Jun Rui, Dr. Yeo Tsai Tseng, Dr.Vincent Nga (NUH), Dr. Priyanka Khatri (AH), Dr. Alex Mitchell (NUS), Prof Shengdong Zhao (NUS), and Principal Investigator, Dr. Gerald Koh (NUS).
