About Us

The Data and Analytic Core aims to create a curated set of phenotypes by transforming NUH electronic medical records into the OMOP common data model, create scalable computational capacity for analysis of large datasets using statistical and machine learning methods including a secure hybrid cloud architecture on premise and commercial cloud infrastructure, and provide secure computational capabilities to transfer computational algorithms and genomic data from a research environment to a production environment where this data can be used to drive high quality care through clinical decision support in EPIC.
