About Us

NUS CIRC

The Clinical Imaging Research Centre (CIRC) hosts the Imaging Core and offers state-of-the-art facilities for Magnetic Resonance (MR) imaging and Positron Emission Tomography (PET) applied to clinical research. CIRC is the only imaging facility in Singapore dedicated to clinical research, including the in-house production of PET radiopharmaceuticals.

The availability of an advanced radiopharmaceutical production facility enables CIRC to perform first-in-man studies and participate in an early-stage assessment of new molecules, particularly with pharmaceutical companies developing new treatments and drugs.

The Centre currently hosts clinical research projects involving investigators from both academia and industry, and collaborates with multiple different institutions island-wide, for the provision of clinical imaging and radiopharmacy facilities for the research community in Singapore.
