International students entering Singapore requires a valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity, a submitted SG Arrival Card, and an entry visa if you hold a passport from a visa-required country

NUS Medicine and it’s staff are also unable to serve as local sponsors for any international students (regardless BEA or self arrange international students) who require visa applications, visa renewals, or visa extensions with the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
