  • Understanding and collaborating with stakeholders:
    • Develop skills in perspective taking, stakeholder engagement and managing stakeholders with practical exercises.
  • Leading Change:
    • Study the change process, emphasizing preparation, capacity-building, and leadership through case studies and summaries.

All participants must complete the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire™ (MLQ): Actual Vs Ought Feedback report at their own expense prior to the commencement of the class. This 360-degree assessment tool is designed to evaluate critical leadership behaviours essential for competitive performance in modern organisations. The Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire™ (MLQ—also known as MLQ 5X short or the standard MLQ) assesses various leadership styles from passive to transformational, where leaders not only reward followers but also inspire them to become leaders themselves. The MLQ helps individuals identify their transformational leadership traits and gauge perceptions from both them and their colleagues. Progress can be monitored through a retesting programme to track changes in leadership style.
