In the “Leading Change” module, participants will explore the dynamics of organizational change, learn to articulate a compelling vision for change, understand and engage with key stakeholders using techniques like stakeholder mapping, and develop skills to manage and lead change effectively.
Day 3 ( 31 July 2024 )
Navigating Healthcare’s Evolutionary Landscape
The module covers four key areas: the strategic blueprint of NUH Kent Ridge Campus, trends in hospital infrastructure and design, an overview of Singapore’s healthcare landscape and future challenges, and the role of IT and AI in transforming healthcare at NUH. It also includes a hospital tour and a case study discussion on NUH’s adaptation to healthcare trends.
Hospital Tour: Focus on NUH’s main facilities, giving an in-depth view of day-to-day operations, and showcasing the integration of the latest technology.

Quality, Safety, and Ethical Leadership
This module empowers participants to set quality standards, address industry challenges, and implement effective talent retention strategies. It also emphasizes the importance of valuing talents in the healthcare system, focusing on career development and HR structures.

Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire and Report

This 360-degree assessment tool is designed to evaluate critical leadership behaviours essential for competitive performance in modern organisations. The Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire™ (MLQ—also known as MLQ 5X short or the standard MLQ) assesses various leadership styles from passive to transformational, where leaders not only reward followers but also inspire them to become leaders themselves. The MLQ helps individuals identify their transformational leadership traits and gauge perceptions from both them and their colleagues. Progress can be monitored through a retesting programme to track changes in leadership style.
