Application

Application must be submitted on-line.

The Ophthalmology department also believes that nurturing of research interest amongst Medical undergraduates can be achieved by actively involving the students in clinical care and research activities, under guidance of our assigned eye specialists.

Competency among young researches would be established, leading to their professional development and training as potential clinician-scientists/clinical investigators for the future.

With this, Medical students from the Singapore Ophthalmology Students’ Society (SOSS) and the NUS – Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, including that of the Wong Hook Boon (WHB) society are also registered for research attachment with our department. Students are also encouraged to work closely with their mentor to generate research plans.
