*With effect from 4 Nov 2025, ALL students submitting WHBS conference funding claims would need to submit BOTH the ‘Request for Approval‘ and ‘Funding Request for Reimbursement‘ forms

Failure to submit any of the forms will result in stoppage of processing, for the reimbursement claims. Please ensure all supporting documents and Edurec bank account details are furnished properly as well

2. After you have returned from Conference, please fill up the NUSMed Undergraduate Research (Local/Overseas) (Funding Request for Reimbursement) form
