The LIFT (Launching Ideas For Translation) Grant Award was launched in 2024. It aims to build an elevator pitch culture and provide support beyond simple dollars. As the implementation of ideas often requires guidance, financial and manpower support, the LIFT Grant Award seeks to encourage clinicians to share their ideas quickly, concisely and in an engaging fashion to guarantee future successes.
The funding quantum is capped at $25,000 per award and the funding duration is up to 1 year. The funds may be used for the departmental CRC’s time and research related operating expenses/consumables.
This award is open to all clinicians (i.e. Residents, Senior Residents, Resident Physicians, Associate Consultants, Consultants & Senior Consultants) within the Department of Medicine.
Should you have any enquiries, please feel free to reach out to the Research Admin Team.
