In celebration of NUS Medicine’s 120th anniversary, the Department of Medicine hosted an intimate canapé evening on 2 Dec 2025. Led by the Head of Department Professor Vathsala, the gathering brought together faculty, staff, and healthcare partners to commemorate more than a century of excellence in medical education, research and patient care.

More than a milestone celebration, the evening was a tribute to our shared journey, reflecting on the Department’s enduring legacy and its role in shaping generations of clinicians, educators and medical leaders in Singapore and beyond. As we celebrated the past, we also looked confidently towards the future, united in our commitment to shaping the next chapter of medical excellence at NUS.
