Our PhD student, Ms Lavenniah Annadoray, has been featured in The Straits Times’ annual list for her promising research on circular RNA. Ms Lavenniah is a PhD student under the main supervision of Prof Roger Foo. Her PhD thesis title is ‘SYNTHETIC CIRCULAR MIRNA SPONGES AS A NOVEL MIRNA INTERFERENCE TECHNOLOGY’. She joined our PhD programme in January 2017 and is currently awaiting her thesis examination outcome, after submitting her PhD thesis in October 2020
