Flow cytometry is a technology used to analyse the physical and chemical characteristics of particles in a fluid as it passes through one or more laser(s). The core offers state-of-art flow cytometry analysis and high-speed sorting to research community in NUS and NUHS.

Our mission is to offer updated infrastructure (relevant flow cytometers and other instrument) and serve as a one stop service solution to users’ requirements relevant to experimental design, sample preparation, new protocol development, professional flow cytometer template set up and data acquisition, as well as high throughput data processing and analysis.

We deliver high quality flow cytometry workshop/courses, discussion forum as well as a platform for clinician scientists, residents, graduate students, medical students and researchers to establish collaborations. We provide comprehensive training to users in Singapore all on one site.

We also provide advanced training for operators of core facilities in South East Asia, in collaboration with industry partners.
