Biography
Clement Tan (MBBS, MMed (Ophthalmology), FRCSEd, FAMS, MHPE), is Associate Professor and consultant ophthalmologist at the National University Hospital, Singapore. He is presently Group Chief for Ophthalmology, National University Health Services Cluster, Head of the Division of Graduate Medical Studies, National University of Singapore and Co-Chair of the Joint Committees on Specialist Training in Singapore.
Dr Tan’s clinical interests are neuro-ophthalmology, cataract surgery and primary care ophthalmology. His other abiding interest is in Medical Education. He previously served as Program Director of the Ophthalmology Residency Program, Associate Designated Institution Official for the National University Hospital and Chief Examiner for the Masters of Medicine (Ophthalmology).
