Division Director's Message

The Division of Gynaecologic Oncology provides comprehensive women's cancer care from cancer screening and prevention to treatment and aftercare. The Division is part of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology of the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore.

In an integrated Academic Medical Centre like the National University Hospital, the work that we do in the Division serves to educate our trainees and medical students, and support research efforts at the bench and the bedside. All this activity results in better patient care with our patients getting access to newer, more effective treatment options, clinical trials and novel therapies, and an entire clinical team that collaborates in providing the very best care available.

The Division is also actively involved in organized medicine in Singapore and internationally. This means that our patients have access to a network of cancer care professionals all throughout Asia and beyond.
