Programme Overview
This course is designed to provide healthcare professionals with the opportunity to acquire knowledge and skills to build their capability as workplace learning facilitators (WPLF) and performance assessors. Upon completion of the course, the learners will be able to:
- Examine workplace learning assessment in the context of Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) and professional regulatory framework and requirements.
- Apply the Entrustable Professional Activities (EPA) and Portfolio to assess workplace learners for professional competency.
- Apply IHLs assessment tools to assess workplace performance.
Aims of Programme
The course learning objectives are:
- Able to collaborate with learners to develop an individualised learning intervention plan based on WPLF’s constructive feedback.
- Able to apply IHLs tools to perform effective workplace learning assessments of learners with different levels of learning.

2 years of work experience in healthcare sector.

Allied Healthcare professionals, Registered Nurses, Clinicians and University Educators in the healthcare related fields.

- Lead Workplace Learning and Development for Healthcare Professionals.
