Patient Safety and Quality Care

This programme has research emphasis on enhancing nurses’ role in the provision of care in patient safety.

Nurses’ role encompasses recognising and responding to clinical deterioration, improving interprofessional and intraprofessional collaborative practice among healthcare providers, and building nursing workforce capability and competency. The ultimate goal is to improve quality and safety in healthcare.
