Conventus XVII is an annual one-day event organised by NUS Nursing students to commemorate Nurses Day, and recognise the clinical preceptors and instructors for their tireless efforts to educate and nurture Singapore’s aspiring nurses. In the upcoming Conventus, the students will also inaugurate, welcome and inspire the freshmen who will be joining the NUS Nursing family.

The theme of this year’s Conventus will be “Lumiere”, meaning light, which signifies the passion within each and every nurse. By immersing in the warmth and compassion of nursing care, the Conventus organising committee wishes to celebrate the spirit of nursing, as well as inspire and encourage all nurses.

Faculty members, various nursing staff from hospitals and the incoming freshmen will be invited to the Conventus. There will also be booths set up for the freshmen to learn more about various healthcare clusters and hospitals. Follow @nusconventus for more updates.
