Experiential Learning using Simulation Technologies

I do and I understand.” This ancient proverb by Confucius (551 BC to 479 BC) echo my belief that learning becomes deeper and more meaningful if the learners are able to learn from their experiences. I engage experiential learning approach by using different types of simulation technologies to improve nursing clinical competency on patient safety and quality of care.
