Programme Highlights
The NUS Healthy Longevity Masterclass brings together what no other executive programme in Singapore currently offers — the scientific rigour of NUS Medicine and the immediacy of participants’ own clinical data.
Most executives making consequential decisions in healthcare, financial services, consumer goods, real estate, and investment lack a rigorous scientific foundation in ageing biology. This programme addresses that gap directly, building the literacy to evaluate longevity claims critically, translate clinical insights into organisational decisions, and apply the science to workforce strategy, product development, and capital allocation.
Every participant undergoes a meaningful panel of clinical assessments — circulatory fitness, muscle strength, body composition, and skin health, leaving with a personal longevity dashboard that connects their own physiology to the science and strategy covered across three days. This is not a wellness retreat. It is a substantive academic experience, grounded in live clinical data.
Delivered by Prof Andrea Maier, Director and Co-founder of the NUS Academy for Healthy Longevity, Prof Hans Meij, Co-founder, NUS Academy for Healthy Longevity and A/Prof Michael Dunn, Director of Education, Centre for Biomedical Ethics, faculty with direct research expertise in healthy longevity, not business school generalists teaching ageing as a topic.
Benefits of Attending

- ( Day 1 ) Understanding Ageing: From Biology to Measurement – Participants build the scientific foundation, from the biology of ageing and biological age measurement to a hands-on exploration of their own real-time CGM data. A guest speaker closes the day with a practitioner’s perspective on what it actually takes to build a longevity strategy.
-
( Day 2 ) From Diagnosis to Intervention – From evidence on what actually slows ageing — lifestyle, exercise, emerging therapeutics — to hands-on performance testing and a full clinical assessments panel run by the NUS Academy’s Clinical Trial Centre. Participants leave Day 2 with their own biological data in hand.
-
( Day 3 ) Leading Healthy Longevity- Focused Organisations – The science becomes strategy. Industry-grouped roundtables, a multidisciplinary action-planning workshop, and a personalised longevity dashboard, integrating each participant’s clinical and CGM data, ensure every participant leaves with something concrete for their organisation.
