Vice-Dean to helm two leadership appointments in NUHS

Associate Professor Aymeric Lim, Vice-Dean (Leadership Development and Strategy), will hold two new leadership appointments – Physician-in-Chief and Group Chief Human Resource Officer (GCHRO) – at the National University Health System (NUHS) from January 2018.

Prof Lim plays a key role as the Vice-Dean in leadership development and strategy, including the planning of academic leadership programmes for the heads of departments in Medical Sciences Cluster, and advisor to strategies for the school and international partnerships. He is an alumnus (Class of 1990) and was Chairman of the Medical Board (CMB) at National University Hospital between 2008-2016. Besides serving as the Vice-Dean in NUS Medicine, Prof Lim concurrently serves as the Dean of the Healthcare Leadership College, Ministry of Health Holdings, and is a master clinician scholar in Hand and Reconstructive Microsurgery.

As the Physician-in-Chief and GCHRO, Prof Lim will oversee the planning and provision of clinical care, and provide strategic oversight of human resource matters for the NUHS cluster.
