The NUS Student Achievement Awards is an annual ceremony which recognises students or student organisations for their contributions to the University in areas outside their studies. This year, Public Health Service 2015 and Project Sa’bai won the Gold Award for Community Service, while Code Blue, Sabai Vision 2016 and Neighbourhood Health Service 2015 brought home the Bronze Award in the same category.

Community service projects provide opportunities for our students to enhance their communications skills, better understand patients’ needs, and promote personal growth. At the same time, students also give back to the community through the skills and knowledge acquired in School.

The School congratulates all winners and looks forward to seeing more students participating in community outreach activities.
