NUS Medicine students conferred WeCare Award by North West CDC

A group of NUS Medicine students was accorded the WeCare Award at the North West Volunteers’ Awards held on 12 February 2017 at NUS University Cultural Centre for spearheading a programme for elderly residents in the district. The students would visit the residents every fortnight over a six-month period to conduct simple medical checks and activities such as grocery shopping and cooking.
