Simulation and Technology

Current trends in simulation and technology are utilised to support teaching and learning in a diverse way for experiential learning.

Integration of simulation technology includes face-to-face simulation training sessions using different level of fidelity manikins, computer-based simulation, tele-simulation to enhance learners’ independent and active learning. Transformation of traditional nursing practice to cutting-edge technologies such as 3D virtual simulation and artificial intelligence for precision education are catered to the individual learner’s needs.
