Graduated with: Bachelor of Science (Nursing), 2013

I chose NUS Nursing as I wanted a course that will equip me with a lifelong skill set and being a nurse will also open up various opportunities not only within the industry, but in other industries as well. I am currently practicing as a home hospice nurse. I aspire to build awareness about palliative care in Singapore and help as many patients as possible to fulfil their wish to spend their last moments at home.

NUS Nursing trains us to be critical thinkers in our clinical practice, which has helped me to make sound clinical judgements. I have learnt about comprehensive physical examinations and holistic assessments, pharmacology, as well as evidence-based practice from my education at NUS Nursing.
