The Graduate Certificate in Integrated Health is designed to equip healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills to provide integrated, holistic, patient-centred care across various healthcare settings. Care, covering acute and chronic disease management, mental health, ageing, and technology in healthcare from an integrated care perspective. This programme is relevant to healthcare professionals seeking to develop leadership skills in healthcare organisations or in transition into roles focused on care coordination, population health management, or quality improvement in patient outcomes and healthcare delivery efficiency.
This programme is offered on a part-time work-study mode. The minimum and normal candidature period is over three (3) semesters, 1 year and the maximum candidature is 2 years.
The programme aims to deepen competencies in the integration of healthcare services and practices to improve patient outcomes and healthcare delivery efficiency, adopting a work-study approach.

The Graduate Certificate in Integrated Health offers a 12-unit programme in a part-time work-study mode on a NUS semester academic calendar.
Learners who exit before completing the entire graduate certificate will be awarded a certificate for their completed course. After completing the course assessment requirements, learners would receive a Certificate of Competence (C grade) or Certificate of Participation (D+ grade). These course unit credits may be used to stack up to a Graduate Diploma or Master’s in future.

Applicants are required to register for each of the modular courses singularly.
There are two consecutive mini semesters in each regular semester. The first mini-semester (Mini-semester A) comprises 6 weeks of instruction, 1-week break (Reading Week) and 1 week of examinations.
The second mini-semester (Mini-Semester B) comprises 6 weeks of instruction, 1-week break (Reading Week) and 2 weeks of examinations (which is the same period as the end-of-semester examinations).
