Continuation Requirement

Minimum standards are set for continuation in the Master of Science (Critical Care Nursing). The student’s GPA should not fall below 2.5 for two consecutive semesters or 3.0 for three consecutive semesters.

Graduation Requirements

The Master of Science (Critical Care Nursing) degree requires:

  • Completion of a total of 40 units comprising of 
    • 6 core courses of 4 units each (total of 24 units)
    • 1 core courses of 8 units each (total of 8 units)
    • 2 unrestricted elective of 4 units (total of 8 units) 
  • Students should maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 to be awarded the Master of Science (Critical Care Nursing).

Students with GPA ≥ 2 can opt to exit with an award of the Graduate Certificate in Critical Care Nursing as an exit qualification if they do not meet the continuing requirement of a Master’s programme.
