Recognising and managing sepsis through virtual reality and enhanced active learning strategies

Dr Chua Wei Ling is passionate about improving the recognition and response to deteriorating hospitalised patients, as well as raising sepsis awareness and knowledge among healthcare professionals and the general public. Dr Chua has presented her research work in local and international conferences. In this episode of the podcast series, she sheds more light on sepsis and how she and her team’s research on training undergraduate medical and nursing students to recognise crucial signs in the acute care setting.
