TREND Webinar Series: Advanced Practice Nursing: Shaping the Future of Healthcare

Globally, advanced practice nursing roles are in high demand. Advanced Practice Nurses (APNs) play essential roles in advocating for and leading sustainable models of healthcare. They are noted for their contributions to healthcare innovation and reform in many developed and developing countries. In Singapore, new plans were recently announced by the Ministry of Health to further develop APNs to support healthcare reform.

Promoting the understanding and awareness of the APN’s tole is therefore important to reduce barriers to its uptake.
