Go Red @ Clementi is part of the international Go Red for Women movement that seeks to end heart disease and stroke in women worldwide.

Women’s heart matters are not theirs alone – the family plays a key role to encourage and participate in their beloved women’s journey in achieving a heart healthy lifestyle. To encourage the involvement of women and their family members whilst aligning with the nation’s advocacy towards preventative care, we bring a Community Health Carnival to Clementi! Highlights include health screening, goodie bags, games for kids and health talks on having right diet, improving sleep and exercises.

From practical tips on how to manage stress to family-oriented workshops such as how to bake heart healthy desserts together, come join us at the Heart Health carnival to empower you with the information to stay heart healthy and protect your loved ones. Talks are available in different languages.
