Since 2019, EOCD has been running workshops to raise awareness of cognitive biases and equip staff with leadership and mentoring skills.

Mentoring Workshop

Mentoring workshops include concepts of gender equity to help new faculty staff and their academic mentors learn principles of how good mentorship works.

Cognitive Bias Training Workshop

Cognitive Bias training workshops for NUHS and NUS Medicine senior management help create awareness of types of biases and encourage reflections on inclusive leadership.

Leadership Workshop

The Leadership Workshop is a programme which nurtures mid-career women leaders within NUHS. Attended by clinician-scientist women, this program takes place virtually over two days. Attendees are then required to attend two workshops, which focuses on career planning and networking, as well as negotiation and influencing skills.
