Programme Highlights

As healthcare systems grow in complexity and the demands on the healthcare providers become increasing increasingly intense, it is crucial to refine our approaches to healthcare delivery and develop interventions that are both effective and sustainable over time.

This intermediate-level course delves deeper into Behavioural and Implementation Sciences, focusing on advanced strategies to optimize the adoption and sustainability of evidence-based interventions in clinical settings. Participants will gain expertise in not only designing tailored implementation strategies but also in rigorously evaluating the impact and effectiveness of implementation.

Through case studies and hands-on exercises, healthcare leaders and managers will have a more advanced toolkit to bridge the gap between research and practice.

Benefits of Attending

• Deepen the understanding of the common theories and frameworks of Behavioural and Implementation Science in healthcare.
• Use frameworks such as CFIR to better categorise and analyse barriers and facilitators that affect the translation of evidence into sustainable practice and systems change.
• Develop and evaluate tailored implementation strategies, incorporating the lessons learnt previously from the introductory course
• Apply evaluation frameworks such as REAIM to design, implement, and assess the effectiveness of behavioural and implementation strategies in real-world healthcare contexts.

Who Should Attend

  • All healthcare professionals and healthcare-related job roles.
  • Researchers and research-related job roles.
