Programme Highlights

Organised by the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, Department of Anatomy, this upcoming two-day workshop will enable oral and maxillofacial surgery (OMS) residents/trainees to enhance their knowledge of surgical anatomy through cadaveric dissection in a guided and safe environment. Participants of this course will have access to fresh frozen cadavers to practise their surgical skills and learn directly from surgical mentors under direct supervision. 

As a participant, you will:

  • Learn basic anatomy principles
  • Develop and improve knowledge and skills in dissection
  • Bridge basic anatomical understanding with clinical applications in the field of OMS
  • Build a strong foundation for safe surgical practice

Pre-Requisites and Assessment

MBBS or equivalent degree.

Assessment consists of multiple choice questions (MCQs).

Awards and Certification

Learners must record at least 75% attendance and pass all assessment components to successfully complete the course and receive a Certificate of Participation.
