International honours for Professor Lee Eng Hin

Congratulations to Professor Lee Eng Hin (Department of Orthopaedic Surgery), who was made a Fellow of International Orthopaedic Research (FIOR) by the International Combined Orthopaedic Research Societies (ICORS). He was presented with the award at the 2nd Triennial International Combined Orthopaedic Research Societies (ICORS) Meeting in Montreal on 19-22 June 2019.

Prof Lee is the first and only elected fellow from Singapore. This honorary status was established by the International Combined Orthopaedic Research Societies (ICORS) in recognition of excellent professional standing and high achievements and accomplishments in the field of orthopaedic research.

Prof Lee joins other FIOR honourees in fostering professional interactions with members of ICORS, research and medical practitioners, regulatory and legislative offices, to promote public awareness of the profession of orthopaedic research, and encourage professional and continuing education in orthopaedic research on an international scale.
