This inaugural event is a platform for healthcare professionals, researchers and students to exchange ideas and best practices relating to population health, and aims to foster multi-disciplinary and cross-institution collaboration to address the unmet healthcare needs of our population.

Population health involves the personal, behavioural and environmental factors affecting health outcomes, as well as the policies and interventions that link these factors (National Health and Medical Research Council, Australia). It allows us to determine trends and come up with evidence-based solutions to improve current standards of care, cost effectiveness of treatment, and health outcomes.

Registration is free.
