Q1: How can I contact you for further discussion?

Q2: How are the charges decided?
The charges are affected by protocol, type and duration of machine usage, type of samples.
There is a manpower fee for equipment usage and sample preparation (refer to Q4).
There are additional charges for consumables and for non-NUS/NUH clients.

Q3: I don’t understand the charges.
Do email us for further explanation and discussion as the charges vary due to the protocol, machine
usage and sample type.

Q4: Can DDOP process my samples for me?
Yes, DDOP can process your samples with an additional manpower cost. If not, you can prepare the
samples on your own at our laboratory.

Q5. Are the consumables/reagents provided for me?
Consumables such as the Flexstation® 3 96 well tip boxes, GentleMACS™ C-tubes can be purchased
from our existing stocks (when available).
Reagents such as multiplex kits have to be ordered from the manufacturer. Do contact us for further
discussion before purchasing any kits.

Q6: Who will be running the machines?
Our trained in-house staff will be handling the machines. You can be present to ensure your samples
are handled properly.

Q7: Is DDOP open to collaborations?
Yes, we are open to collaborations. Do contact us so we can discuss the details.
