Sleep disorders are common in Singapore and are associated with many adverse health and socioeconomic outcomes. The goals of the Singapore Sleep Symposium 2017 are to increase awareness of sleep health and common sleep conditions such as Obstructive Sleep Apnea and REM sleep behavior disorders, with a state-of-the-art update regarding the management of these conditions.

For the second half of the Symposium, we have practical hands-on sessions supervised by experts in Sleep Medicine which would be of interest to sleep technologists and all practitioners of clinical sleep medicine. We will cover the various aspects of Polysomnography and Home Based Sleep Testing, sleep study scoring and analysis as well as a primer on CPAP treatment and troubleshooting.
