Welcome Message
We are delighted to invite you to the 2nd APEC. The Conference will ride on the foundation laid at the Inaugural Conference held last year wherein Emerging Paediatric Ethical Issues was engaged. In 2024, the aim is to move upwards and reflect on addressing the issues that exist in the domains of Adolescent Care, Research, and Domiciliary Care. We are privileged to have as our Opening Keynote Speaker, Prof John Massie from Australia and Prof Dominic Wilkinson from United Kingdom as our Closing Keynote Speaker. Prof Massie will join Prof Daniel Tsai from Taiwan and Prof Erwin Khoo from Malaysia as Plenary Speakers. Each of the Plenaries will be followed by a Symposium and a Panel Discussion. In response to feedback, Poster presentations will be invited.
To enhance the learning, we have available a Post Conference optional activity – Ethics in the Gardens.
A warm welcome to the members of the Asian Paediatric Ethics Network. We expect about 100 participants and promise many opportunities for discussion and interaction.
