Achievements
- Our neuroblastoma drug discovery work led by Choo Zhang’e has been awarded the A*STAR Target Translation Consortium grant in collaboration with Dr Amos Loh (KKH). We are one step closer to overcoming neuroblastoma!
- Our work on the role of CTCs in evaluating neuroblastoma MRD and disease monitoring by Dr Amos Loh (KKH) and Clara Angelina was awarded Best Oral Runner-up (Translational Science) at the 6th NCIS Annual Research Meeting (NCAM 2019).
- Congratulations to Choo Zhang’e for receiving the prestigious ‘Medicine Top-Up’ PhD Scholarship that is awarded to one of the few top Singaporean PhD candidates!
- Our work on XAF1 and neuroblastoma tumor suppression by first author Choo Zhang’e was selected for oral presentation at the 3rd NCIS Annual Research Meeting (NCAM 2016).
- Timothy Koh Jia Wei, a final year Ngee Ann Polytechnic student under the Polytechnic Student Research Programme, won second prize at the nationwide Polytechnic Student Research Competition 2015.
- For her outstanding FYP performance, Rachel Koh Yu Lin was awarded the Dean’s List for AY14/15 Semester 2.
