Lydia LOH
Lydia Loh is a research associate at the Centre for Sustainable Medicine, specializing in the application of carbon analytics to promote sustainable healthcare practices. She hopes to investigate carbon hotspots in the healthcare sector via a hybrid approach to lifecycle analyses and strategically redesign healthcare value chains towards decarbonization.
Prior to CoSM, Lydia was employed in the semiconductor industry, focusing on environmental compliance & pollution control for hazardous chemical management systems. She also led multiple NEA & SPF audits; directing the joint efforts between the stakeholders to ensure the company is successfully complying to local, ISO 45001 & 14001 standards to maintain business-as-usual operations.
Lydia graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Master of Science in Energy Systems (College of Design & Engineering). She is well-versed in a myriad of green energy technologies ie. Hydrogen fuel, Solar Photovoltaics as well as macro-scale assessments such as Life Cycle Analysis, Energy systems modelling etc.
