Dr Jonathan Lee is a Research Assistant Professor at the Centre for Sustainable Medicine. A homegrown Environmental Engineer from NUS by training, he has more than a decade of experience in research in solid waste management techniques, with an emphasis on comparing the efficacy and environmental impacts of multifarious novel technologies, gained through the Energy and Environmental Sustainability Solutions for Megacities CREATE project (2013-2024) funded by the National Research Foundation of Singapore, prior to joining CoSM.

The primary focus on the work at CoSM will involve Healthcare Life Cycle Assessments with a focus on carbon footprinting, and the use of AI to enhance the ease of obtaining Inventory Data for LCAs.
