NUS-MGC
The Medical Grand Challenge (MGC) is a student‐led medical innovation program started by the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine (NUS Medicine) in 2016.
As we strive to encourage medical students to identify unmet healthcare needs, we also believe that it is a platform for students from various faculties to partner with like-minded individuals, bringing their passions and creativity together to engineer innovative solutions of tomorrow. With such interdisciplinary teams, students may gain a more fulfilling learning experience while exploring creative solutions to address these pertinent needs.
MGC is a year-long challenge, beginning in January and culminating in a Grand Finale in August/September.
Team projects will be evaluated and scored for business strategy, creativity, design quality and healthcare impact by an esteemed panel of judges.
