Gaynor Yong holds master’s degrees in Business Administration and Biomedical Sciences. She brings over a decade of experience in research operations and programme leadership, with expertise spanning clinical research and strategic initiatives across contract research organisations, academia, and academic health systems.
Her professional experience includes appointments at the National University of Singapore (NUS), the National University Health System (NUHS), and A*STAR. Complementing these academic and research settings, she gained industry experience within a contract research organisation (CRO), where she had the opportunity to lead global clinical research projects across the United States and Asia. In this capacity, she oversaw complex multi-stakeholder initiatives, managed research portfolios and budgets, and delivered outcomes through cross-functional leadership.
At CBmE, she supports strategy and operations, contributing to organisational planning, programme implementation, and the advancement of centre-wide objectives.
