Profile
Lydia joined the Centre for Biomedical Ethics (CBmE) as a Research Fellow in 2026. She holds a PhD in Political Science from Aarhus University, Denmark. Her doctoral thesis explored responsibility-sensitive approaches to healthcare resource allocation and their potentially discriminatory implications. She also holds a MSc in Bioethics and Society from King’s College London, UK, and a BA in Philosophy from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece.
Her current research interests include bioethics, personal responsibility, distributive justice, discrimination, and experimental philosophy.
