Celeste, a licensed clinical psychologist and systemic practitioner, is dedicated to addressing diverse communities' mental health and wellbeing needs. Her doctoral research at the University College London Centre for Outcome Research and Effectiveness (CORE) focused on evaluating the effectiveness of psychological interventions and treatment responses for depression in the U.K. She utilised large datasets and trajectory modelling to optimise therapeutic outcomes and mental health management in London.

With clinical experience spanning various sectors, Celeste has provided psychological therapies to people of all ages in the U.K. and Singapore. Additionally, she has shared her expertise with organisations, guiding them in leveraging psychological insights, behavioural sciences and evidence-based strategies to address complex societal issues such as sexism, gender-based violence, vaccination uptake, and fostering healthier work cultures.
