  • Stem cells and tissue engineering in musculoskeletal tissues
  • Biology, biomechanics and tissue engineering approaches in spinal fusion
  • Development of functionalized bioactive biomaterials for orthopaedic implants
  • Bone and cartilage cell biology and pathophysiology
  • Bioengineering and biomechanical studies, including motion analysis
  • Musculoskeletal oncology

Scholarships and Financial Aid

Financial support in the form of scholarships is available for qualified candidates. To be eligible for research scholarships, applicants must have at least a second upper class Honours degree.
