Globalization, population aging and technological advancements are the key driving forces for developing “collaborative practice-ready” healthcare workforce. This CREATIVE program is designed to bring healthcare students (medicine, nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, pharmacy and social work) together in a 3D virtual world to develop skills for communication and collaborative practice in providing safe and quality patient care through interprofessional education.
