NUS Ophthalmology showcase to First State Visit of Sweden to Singapore

The Centre for Innovation and Precision Eye Health (INVISION) was invited to showcase our eye health innovations during the Swedish State Visit. Organized by NUH Centre for Global Health, in partnership with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Health, the Swedish Embassy, and Business Sweden, this historic visit brought together 70 distinguished professionals from various industries in Sweden.

Representing INVISION, the Ophthalmology team — including Rubin Yong, Naimah Ismail, and Pamelia Leong, had the privilege of presenting some of our key innovations, developed by A/Prof Victor Koh and Dr David Chen, to the Swedish delegation. The event served as an invaluable platform for dynamic, interactive discussions, fostering the exchange of ideas and laying the groundwork for future collaborations in the field of health innovation.
