Admission

All candidates must demonstrate readiness for full-time graduate study for four semesters and meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Hold a good Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in allied health, science, life sciences or engineering, or in exceptional circumstances, such other qualifications and experience that meet the approval of the Board of Graduate Studies. *
  • Pass a placement test (interview and / or written test) set by the core programme staff.
  • Provide evidence of a minimum International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score of 7 or a TOEFL score of 600 to establish proficiency in English if this is not their first language.

  • All IELTS / TOEFL tests must have been taken not earlier than 2 years before the proposed date of admission.
  • Pass any preparatory modules as indicated by the core programme staff on a case-by-case basis.

* Preference will be given to candidates with a honours degree, appropriate work experience, and a relevant background in Anatomy, Physiology, Psychology or Speech Language Pathology.
