On 21st June, DBMI and NUHS, in partnership with the Division of Research and Innovation (DRI) at MOH Holdings (Singapore), hosted over 50 healthcare leaders, professionals, researchers and partners for a workshop on AI/Foundation Model (FM) in health. The participants shared capabilities in innovative AI/FM technologies and explored opportunities to advance healthcare through AI/FM. The workshop created a platform for the community to connect and build partnerships for future collaborations.

The session delved deep into building FMs to support clinical decision support tools for primary and specialist care, and participants explored how LLMs and multimodal FMs could be integrated into clinical settings, before forming focused groups to discuss the deployment of FMs in an equitable and efficient manner.
