Last month DBMI hosted a delegation from Taiwan Chuming Hospital.

The team at Chuming is set to open a brand-new hospital in 2027, their visit focused on learning from NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and National University Hospital, particularly the strategies in hospital planning, operations and research. Speakers included HOD Adj Prof Ngiam Kee Yuan, DBMI core faculty and lecturer Dr Judice Koh, Prof Dean Ho (NUS Department of Biomedical Engineering) and Ms Dennicce Chia (International Collaborations Office, NUH).

This visit underscores the shared commitment in the region to leveraging tech for better patient care and more efficient healthcare systems. We look forward to their new facility and innovations.
